Jeff Mix

Jeff Mix supports the Lezzer Lumber Installed Services team in a part-time role, bringing decades of experience across countertop manufacturing, kitchen and bath leadership, and wholesale distribution to building material suppliers. His broad industry knowledge and strategic insight help strengthen the quality, reliability, and seamless service our customers expect. Jeff’s expertise supports our commitment to delivering well-crafted solutions and lasting value for builders and homeowners alike.

Jeff has been married for over 57 years and treasures the time he spends with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Family is truly the center of his world, and he enjoys sharing stories and creating memories with them.

Bryan Whipple

Bryan Whipple is an experienced kitchen and bath designer with over 25 years of expertise creating custom spaces tailored to each client’s vision. Known for his timeless design style and attention to detail, Bryan has earned numerous awards and recognition from both homeowners and builders. His work blends function, beauty, and lasting value, resulting in spaces that remain elegant and practical for years to come.

Outside of design, Bryan enjoys high-altitude climbing and has summited mountains over 20,000 feet. His more notable achievements include reaching the summit of Mt. Rainier in Washington and completing several climbs in Ecuador.

Steve Eck

With decades of home-improvement expertise, Steve is a trusted professional in windows, doors, siding, and exterior upgrades. Since 2015, he has been a key part of Lezzer Lumber, helping homeowners boost comfort, efficiency, and resale value with smart, impactful upgrades. His background spans over 30 years in building-products sales and installation, built on an early career as a successful restaurant and nightclub owner.

An avid outdoorsman, Steve loves hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. In his younger years, he also enjoyed skiing. Above all, Steve takes pride in helping people improve the place they call home.

Nora Klemick

Nora began her career in kitchen and bath design at the Wood-Mode Cabinets Design Studio in the 1990s. Since then, she has developed far-reaching experience across a wide range of professional services focused on the many facets of home development and interior space planning.

She has a passion for helping clients create the beautiful and functional interiors they desire by paying close attention to each client’s unique needs and personal design aesthetic. Nora’s philosophy is simple: “There’s no place like home,” and she wants you to truly love where you live. No matter the budget, her work focuses on providing thoughtful solutions and options that allow homeowners to invest wisely while blending lasting value with beauty in every unique environment. Her attention to detail ensures her clients enjoy a smooth and rewarding design experience.

In addition to her passion for design, Nora enjoys creating beautiful garden spaces and devotes at least six months of the year to her floral garden. When she’s not gardening or swimming, you may find her perfecting projects around her own home with her husband, Joe. During the colder months, she enjoys sewing or crocheting by the fireplace with their cat, Thor, nearby, or cooking up a new dish in the kitchen.

Nora and Joe have raised five children who are now grown and have established households of their own. Family time is precious to them, and they maintain an open-door policy when it comes to spending time with family and friends. They are also excitedly expecting their first grandchild in April 2026.

Nadine Valiquette 

Nadine brings strong experience in project management, judicial operations, quality control, and operational support to the Installed Sales team. Her background includes managing project workflows, organizing complex schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and improving processes across manufacturing, legal, and project-driven environments. She excels in cross-functional communication and workflow optimization, helping teams deliver efficient, high-quality results.

She has an academic background in project management, manufacturing and supply chain management, and organizational development and leadership. Nadine is also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership & Success.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring historical buildings and places and spending time with her family—interests that reflect her appreciation for structure, craftsmanship, and the meaningful connections found in both places and people.

Bo Hackney

Bo serves as the Pennsdale Store Manager for Lezzer Lumber, overseeing both the Building Materials Division and the Installed Services Operations at the Pennsdale, Pennsylvania location. With a strong background in operations management, Bo brings proven leadership and a decade of experience supporting installed sales for both builders and homeowners. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to service, he plays a key role in delivering the quality, efficiency, and reliability customers expect.

Outside of work, Bo enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cheering her on at events, and staying active through golf, softball, and hiking throughout Pennsylvania.
